P3D Realist chip in 2x2 mount?

I've discovered that I can slide duplicates via Kodak Premium Processing
(through Target, Safeway, Costco) at a price ranging from $.79 to $1.29.
Now, I've got some Realist slides that I'd like to get duped, and this
appears to be the cheapest way to do it.  But, I'll have to mount my 5-perf
"originals" in 2x2 mounts for it to make sense to the processing folks, and
their equipment.

Anyone have any idea where I might find single chip mounts for 5-perf chips
with an outer dimension of 2x2?

Or, any other ideas, pointers, suggestions, etc, on dupes?  (Heck, I may
even enter a contest or two if I can get dupes done...).
