P3D Phantogram Book

As mentioned recently, there is one book (that I've found
so far) on how to *draw* phantograms.

The copy I have is dated 1979. It doesn't particularly say anything
about how to photograph them and/or computer generate them. However,
it's certainly a starting place.

I dunno how Reel3D found them - on my copy (bought from them several
years ago) there is no ISBN, and only an extremely vague address
for the publisher (which does not show up in the 411 directory). Still,
at the Reel3D price, the easiest thing is to buy directly from
them (note they will be closed the last 3 weeks in Feb).
