Michael, if you care about what your slide dupes look like, cheapest
may not be the best criteria. ;-)

Fist of all, I'll assume your quoted prices are per image, making
the cost of a stereo dupe $1.58 to $2.58. That's before figuring
the time and cost of remounting the chips.

If you visit Ron's web site, you'll find his price to dupe a stereo
pair is $2.25. That's in between the range of prices you quoted.
If you need multiple copies of an image, the cost is even less.
And for just $.50 more per pair, you can get your dupes returned
already precision mounted in heat seal mounts. Check Ron's web
site for other mounting options.
Also, Jon Golden and George Themelis published an article about
duping stereo slides. I recommend reading it for anyone who plans
to have some stereo images duped. Pay careful attention to the
discussion of the importance of precision mounting slides before
they are duped! That's not even possible when submitting 5P chips
re-mounted in separate 2x2 mounts!
Michael again:

I predict you won't *want* to enter any dupes in a contest unless
they are of the high quality that Ron delivers!
