P3D drop in 35MM digital

Recently, there has been some discussion on drop-in digital
backs for current 35MM cameras - here's the site:

http://www.imagek.com

They have a bunch of vaporware disclaimers, but are suggesting
an intro date of June of this year.

1280*1024, 24 bit color, equivalent to 100 ASA, CMOS, perhaps
$800 USD...
