None that I know of directly.
I like to use freeviewing to directly find out which kind of image it is.
It's quick and simple.
The file type JPS is defined as cross-eyed, but the software that reads the
file presents it to you however you prefer to see them. One format to make
many people happy.
For paired images on your site you could arrange a dot or marker according
to any method you care to define. If you're consistent, it might help
visitors at your site.
Many sites use small intuitive pictures that illustrate the viewing method.
