Not when talking conceptually, else it'd be like
saying that software is a pile of junk because everything Microsoft
writes is a pile of junk.  It's only those implementations that are junk.

I don't have it handy, and I really didn't look at the title,

P.S. - Some Microsoft software is pretty good, uSoft just seemed like
       a handy company to thrash.  :-)
