P3D E-bay at bay! Just say NO!

I've spent a total of 15 minutes in Ebay to realize a sellers forum when
I see one! Not my style!! I have been tremendously successful in
purchasing used items without bartering. Two things must happen.....face
to face exchange, and cash in hand! It goes something like this.....
" here is my business card....I am leaving town for a couple of
days.....I'll offer you $100 today for the item ( lets say they are
asking $150) or call me by Friday and I'll come back down to pick it
up". Waste no time....keep looking at your watch as you count your
cash....." yea...I can go $110 now...but hey...I'm good for at least
$100 by Friday....if you cannot unload it by then for more money, give
me a call! " " If I find one in ( insert city here ) I'll let you know.
I might have use for a spare anyhow." You have a good chance of walking
out with the item! I wasn't comfortable with this approach at first, but
I somehow managed to get along. :-)
