P3D projection
I just got a Stereomatic 500 and am now a projector. They'd better
update my entry in the NSA membership directory to reflect this.
Anyway, I have many questions.
1. How long do the projector's polarizers last?
2. I understand that with time polarized glasses lose their
polarization. How long do they last?
3. If you left a reel in for a long time, would it melt the film?
I've seen reels with melted chips from a mono projector.
4. Got a screen you can sell me?
One more triumph of VM over Realist format: With seven pictures on a
reel, I can lay back on my bed and work the controls with my feet,
getting up only once per reel.
