That's interesting. I also noted yesterday a new Subaru commercial
using the "dolly motion" technique. It was unusual in a couple of
respects. They froze a car in mid air after having jumped
off a ramp. The trailing dust gave a very nice 3D impression. Also
they did a zoom in as they rotated. It would be interesting if
they actually had zoom lenses on the cameras or if they aligned
the car off axis to the cameras so that a zoom effect was
created that way - if anybody follows my drift...
