Sorry, my Adobe 2.1 reader can't read your page. Any ideas why? It can read
all my other PDF files.
I have a copy of Adobe PDF Writer, but never could get it to work. As I
remember, you had to start with post-script files.

Speaking of CD writers, I have a EIDE Sony CD writer about a year old that
came
with EZ-Cd Pro 95 by Adaptec. It works great. You just drag and drop the
file
or directory names from windows explorer into its area. Then select 2x write
speed, write-on-the-fly and do your backup. You might want to test before
writing just to make sure you don't get a buffer underrun at some point. If
you do, it then switches to 1X, or you can go the safer route of storing an
image to be written at 2x but you need space on your hard drive for this.

For copying CD's you need another Cd drive which is faster that the writer to
avoid having to store an image to be written. My new one is 40X.

I am backing up 600Meg of user files now. You can select specific areas i.e.
your Eudora mailboxes but not the program, etc. This profile is then saved
and
reused for the next backup.

Sorry for the non-3D topics, but I was brief. Speaking of 3D, we had a
sucessful StereoNewEngland meeting with Andrea Blair's show as given in
Richmond. Jon Golden was off to a plastic radio convention, but Eric
Goldstein
did the honors at the projector (Brackett fader) and performed flawlessly.
 He
even projected my full-frame RBT slides. It helped that the projector/screen
were setup for Andrea's full-framers. Usually we setup for Realist format and
the ends of my slides fall off the screen. Then the projectionist can't see
the window to help adjust the horizontal separation knob.
