**** You can use most any good glass cleaner, and a soft cloth or tissue.
Don't apply pressure, let the liquid do it's cleaning. Even soft materials
can sometimes scratch the protective coating on a front surfaced mirror. You
want to move the cloth in a zig-zag pattern in such a way that you finish
your wiping action at an edge or corner. That way any residual liquid will
not create a spot on the surface causing you to have to clean it again.
