P3D Hugo de Wijs VM viewer

I just received my Hugo de Wijs View Master viewer. To say that I am
thrilled is an understatement. This is not a viewer. This is a
precision instrument and a piece of art at the same time! The
appearance, functionality and optical quality of this instrument
is stunning. It features double coated achromatic lenses 23 mm in
diameter, 30 mm FL (about 8x magnfication), individually focusing
eyepieces and adjustable interocular. As far as I know, this is the
only VM viewer with adjustable interocular. This feature, coupled
with the large lenses, will make viewing a very pleasant experience
for everyone, no matter how small their interocular spacing is (people
with narrow interocular spacing have reported difficulties in using
VM viewers.) My only regret is that the VM reels I have been
testing the viewer with, are not sharp enough!

Many thanks to the Master (Hugo de Wijs) for such a finely crafted
product, Harry zur Kleinsmiede of 3D Book Productions for a great
service, and especially Jon Golden for letting me borrow his very own
viewer for evaluation before deciding to buy my own.
