     It seems I have read on this list that NSA is faced with two problems in choosing its convention sites in 2001 and 2002.
     (1) They haven't been able to get an "Eastern" city to host the convention in 2001 and
     (2) Two "Midwestern" cities, Cleveland and Minneapolis, both want to host in 2002.
     How about having the 2001 convention in Cleveland, on the theory that it is an "Eastern" city.   Cleveland is in the Eastern time zone,
and, culturally as well as geographically, has elements that would be called "Eastern" as well as "Midwestern".
    This, of course, would leave 2002 open for MN, if NSA and the OSPS went along with it.
