P3D film storage solution

I'll bet there are a couple of you with whole rolls of unmounted film. Me,
too. Until now I had been collecting them in my top dresser drawer, rolled
into a gigantic coil. Obviously it would be better to keep them hung
somewhere so they would be straight and flat, but I just don't have room to
hang thirty rolls of film in my apartment.
The solution? I unrolled them, and piled them into a neat row. I took
this little five-foot long stack and placed it on one of my downhill skis.
I put the other ski on top, pressing down. If there weren't so many, I
would let the interlocking action of the brakes keep them together. But
since I have a bunch, I used two c-clamps to keep them from shifting.
Viola! The films are flat, and they take up no extra room.
Just thought you would like to know. If you don't already ski, you might
consider buying a pair to support your photography hobby. :^)
Cheers,
Tom
