P3D Graflex Stereo

Dear List,

I think I made a bad purchase.  I found a Graflex 135 Stereo Camera on
eBay, and bought it for what I thought was a good deal, around $100.  I
didn't realize, however, didn't even think, that it may not have an
adjustable shutter.  It has "I" and "B", I assume for "Instant" and
"Bulb."  The apeteur settings seems to be okay, it goes from f/4 to
f/16.  The hot shoe seems slightly smaller than a regular hot shoe, and
my flashes won't fit.  Anyone shoot with this camera, and if so what
type of flash will fit it?  Also, what is the shutter speed? 1/125
maybe?  And, what is this dial on the top with two settings, "R" and
"L"?
