Gimme a break! :-)

Can you fit your twin SLRs in your coat pocket?
(yes, I can do it with the Realist... I have big pockets!)

I use both a Realist and exactly the same twin SLR outfit that John
uses. The Realist is a handy, compact, convenient stereo point and shoot
camera (sorry Andrea!) for the snapshooter. The twin SLRs is a bulky
specialized contraption that needs lots of care and maintenance,
invites furstration and eats film like crazy... but in the hands of
Dennis Hanser, Alan Griffin, or Boris Starosta (there Boris, I put you
with the giants!) it takes award winning stereo pictures.

Pick and choose!

PS. John, I did not know that you are using a Realist... Congratulations!
All you need now is practice!!! (And DrT's seminar on how to use
a manual stereo camera - tips and tricks for the beginner :-))

PPS. What is even better than the Realist for the snapshooter is the
RBT S1 but I am not allowed to talk about that in this list. :-)
