I don't have a Revere any more so I can't go back and check
this. But please don't be fooled by detents on *any* camera's
aperture control! They are there as an aid to quickly changing
to a specific aperture setting. The aperture itself is almost
always continuosly adjustable. I suppose there could be one
or more camera models out there somewhere where the f-stops are
adjustable only in steps, but I have never seen one like that.
