P3D INSIDE CHINA in 3D

Peter Davis asked about INSIDE CHINA in 3D.

It is a stereo3D slide show stereographed and produced by myself with
additional stereography by Ed Shaw and Jacques Cote (of 3Discover, he gave
permission to use some of the China cassette images for projection. I've not
heard of anyone else opening a cassette, mounting and projecting the slides.
Talk about film curl! It was a surprise to find out the the film base used
for 3Discover depolarized! So I had to make duplicates- still look pretty
good!).

Ed and I did a two-week tour of China last August and we are presenting this
25-30 minute show with soundtrack and live narration. The music is stereo,
unfortunately our sound system/PA is only mono. (What, no budget?)

It is not an "official" SNE presentation; all are invited.

Ed is planning on taking a group to China later this year, a representive
from the travel agency, RIM-PAC, is scheduled to be on hand to answer
questions.

Jon Golden will be running the Brackett projector.

The presentation will be on March 21, 1999 at 3 PM.
