P3D Image size in .jps pairs

Hi,
I think there was some comment here a few days ago that some image pairs
on the web had a slightly enlarged view on one side or another which cause
some dificulty in viewing the images. I believe this was attributed to cha
cha shots where the camera to subject distance varied between shots. It
seems to me that some of my Realist images have the same problem, but I'm
not sure where this size disparity gets introduced into my images.
I scan both slides at the same resolution, so I thought that the final
image would have the same size. However, the crop before scanning might
not be the same size. So, while the overall images won't match sizes I
thought that any given object in the two scans would have the same
dimensions in pixels and that after cropping the two images everything
would be fine. When I'm adjusting the window though it seems that on
several of my shots one image is larger than the other.
I am using VRex Depthcarge Developers Studio to create the final pairs and
I'm begining to wonder if that is introducing the problem. When I go into
the preview mode on an image it always complains that the images are not
the same size. I just enter through this and ignore it. Could it be that
the program is enlarging or reducing one image to make the sizes match?
Does Stereo Image Factory do this? Is there something else that I could
be doing which would cause this problem? Are there any other reasons to
prefer one program over the other?
I'd appreciate any comments or insights you might have on this. You can
view a number of my images at the following address:

Thanks,
David
