P3D Re: PSSP talk: barriers to entry

In a message dated 99-03-22 00:31:46 EST, George Themalis (aka "Dr. T")
writes, in part:
"...In the last NSA convention I noticed many alignment errors with 2x2x2
slides and not with the R-mounted slides...."
I noticed many (slight) alignment errors across the board.
George goes on:
"... At the end, it might be the skill of the person doing the mounting...
>From the various reports in this forum one might conclude that PSSP
members do not know how to mount or use the Brackett projector. :-)...."
I find it interesting that the second sentence apears to be a quote, but in
re-reading Boris' original post I don't find it.... Is this a quote, and if
so, from who? If it isn't, why the ">" (as used to identify quotes throughout
the rest of your post) symbol?
You may be astonished to learn that actually several of us do indeed know how
to mount. A considerable portion of what (little) I know has been gleaned
from these very pages...I have never advocated bad mounting, only tolerance of
those who mount badly....
Mike (I don't know nuthin' 'bout Brackett projection" Canter
