I got one at the NSA auction in Richmond last year; it's my first stereo
projector, so these are non-expert comments.  Nords are less expensive than
some others (I call that a good point) and mine works just fine.  The
polarizers were in good condition and it worked right out of the box.  I
was pleased with how bright an image it projects.  If you don't get the
page of instructions with yours, let me know.  

I think a lot of people using these vintage projectors in their living
rooms wish the lenses were of a shorter focal length, so that they would
project a larger image in the distance available.  I'm lucky in that I have
a long room and a good spot to hang a screen on the end wall.

I filed open the apertures in the slide carrier to 7P.  The lenses almost,
but not quite, cover 7P - there is some darkness and distortion in the
extreme corners of the projected image.  I use it anyway.
