P3D 3-d icons, dolly motion

Yes, it's kind of amazing how much of an icon an audience wearing 
3d-glasses has become for the 50's, considering the relatively
short time spam it was around. 

I noted last evening that the TV series "The Century" has a brief
flash of such a photo in their opening segment with various
symbols of the different decades.

Also, I noted a "dolly motion" shot of Fran Dreschier (sp?) doing
the M. Monroe "Sever Year Itch" skirt blowing scene (except *this*
dress is black). Unfortunately, I only caught about 5 frames of it
as it was an automated change via vcr from another channel to CBS.
It might make a terrific stereo pair (*and* you don't have to listen
to that voice (shudder)).

The "dolly motion" technique seems to be dying out (at least for
the stuff I watch). It's been replaced by the jerky fast-slow-fast
video shot.
