     I know of at least one "dolly motion" clip in anaglyph 3D on the 
timetrack website.(the site http://www.virtualcamera.com/ is lame, makes 
you lie about an email address before entering)  It was an early test of 
concept shot so I don't think it is fair to be to critical. but I suppose 
you could download any of their movs and make your own 3d version.
     There is also a really interesting article on the site by the 
inventor. I saw "the Matrix" (the effects were incredible) and they used 
some of the inventor's suggestions such as a dolly shot occuring in slow 
motion rather than still motion.
