P3D 2-lens Nimslo

A full-frame conversion on a Nimslo requires either replacing the stock
shutter blades or cutting and repositioning PART of the blades. Either
way, the exact location of the openings in the blades is critical for
getting the exposure right. My guess is that's what is wrong with the
camera. It's unlikely the exposure system is off since there's little
reason to alter than when doing the conversion and it was likely fine
before the conversion.

If it's just a matter of being 2-stops off, you could always load it
with ASA 100 film and set the camera to ASA 400. That will bring up the
esposure 2 stops.
