P3D Stereo Photography Video

Just came back from Detroit.  A great meeting as always.  The program
was a very pleasant surprise for me.  We watched the video "Stereo
Photography: Places and Times Remembered" a 40 minute Sandpail
production on the history of stereography, told through the
reminiscences of noted Keystone stereo photographer Phillip Bigandi.

I knew about this video, read reports when it came out last year and
actually bought one for myself.  But from the reviews here in photo-3d
I was not sufficiently motivated to watch it and it remains unopened
in my library.

Well, thanks to Detroit club, I was "forced" to see it and I must say
that it was great!  Jim Motley and myself liked it so much that we
are thinking of featuring it in our Cleveland club for the opening
night of the new season (September).  This is a good way to start the
new season in our club... with a look back in the past, the roots of
stereo... where is it coming from and where is it going...
