P3D Detroit, part II

The second part of the Detroit meeting featured a stereo slide 
competition "Glass and Metal".  Dennis Hanser swept the field
again with 3 awards, including one first place!

I failed to impress the judges by images of interesting buildings
from North of Detroit (from all places! - I was there for a business
meeting and we were done half an hour earlier... got out and started
shooting like a maniac... I only had a Realist and one roll of film...
it was tricky shooting reflections of buildings... I would like to go 
back again with my S1 on a nice day... If you like all glass & metal 
buildings, and reflections of buildings in glass, this is the place to 
be!!!).  

So, no awards for me last night but I am well rooted in second place... 
We only have one competition left (Open)... I told Dennis that I am
conserving power for next year!!! (I don't think he bought it! :-))
