The Nikon Coolscan II (NS-20), which is no longer available new but can
be easily found on the used market, will handle slide mounts up to 3mm
thick. RBT mounts work, but it helps to make a jig to register them
properly. I used 2mm thick sheet styrene from a hobby shop. I used a
2x2 slide to cut the outside dimensions of the jig, and an RBT mount to
cut out the inside. I ended up with some rotational error, but since
it's constant, I just remove it in Photoshop.

I can't vouch for any of the currently-available scanners.
