Hmm, how about dropping the voltage a bit to give 3200K?

Good point but there is a definate scarcity of 3400K films left available.  
The last one I am familiar with, Kodak Kodachrome 40 (KPA) was discontinued 
some time ago.

3300K is equally "wrong" for 3200K or 3400K films so it might be worth a shot 
either way.  Besides, "correct" colour is highly subjective so who can say, 
without trying, which will be most pleasing?
