P3D How to switch....

When you are ready to switch, do the following:
- subscribe from new address
- unsubscribe from old address
In both cases you send email to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and in the
body of the message write: subscribe photo-3d Jim Norman, or
unsubscribe photo-3d. Same with the other lists too.
