I would recommend reversing the two steps.  Unsubscribe from your old
address first, then change ISPs, update your browser with your new email
information and then subscribe with your new address.  And, I would give
it an hour or so between unsubscribing and subscribing to make sure that
the information is updated properly.  I just went through this and had
problems with identifying my proper email address.
