P3D Very unusual VM Personal Camera

Today in the mail I received two unusual cameras.  One is a
late Realist I just described in my sell-3d posting.  The
other is even more unusual!

It is a VM-Personal camera in case and with two flash units.
The camera does not write anything in it (as if all the name
plates are missing or never were there).  There is a lever
to cock the shutter in the front and the release button is
at the top!!!  There is no way to switch the lenses from
top to bottom!  

It looks really weird!  The serial number is 18,xxx.  I suspect
that this is a late model because it came with a Realist that
was built in 1970!

Does anyone know what I have???

Does anyone want to take it off my hands? :-)
