P3D first of month deletes

I'm in the process of deleting subscriptions which appear to have
gone bad. This is due to it being the first of the month, and to
get ready to put the list into minimal maintanence mode while I'm
out of town for a number of weeks.

Occasonally, I'll be getting mail bounce messages, but people will
still be seeing postings (ie, they are dual bounced and delivered). This
is almost always because a machine name has changed, or mail is
being forwarded from an old account to a newer one. If you have
this happen, drop me a note so I can check up on it. I *may* also
send out a couple of test mails in the next couple of days in an
attempt to run down bad forwarding addresses.
