Well, since David brought it up, I guess I'll mention: I've
been toying with the idea of offering rolls of bulk-loaded
Fuji slide film for sale via Sell-3D. This would be close
to a non-profit operation, offered just as a service for
fellow stereo shooters looking for bargain film. I hate
mounting slides, but I don't mind rolling film!

And to Steven: was this price for fresh film? The going price
in NY for 100 feet of Fuji Professional chromes (Velvia,
Provia, Astia) was 79.95 for quite some time. The B&H
catalog that arrived yesterday has prices of $74.95; $73.95;
and $69.95 for those three, respectively. (Looks like Astia
is not proving to be in very high demand.) Adorama's Fuji film
listing on the web at http://www.adoramacamera.com/fuji.htm
has the same prices as B&H. (100 feet of *negative* film can
be had for around $45.) If they are really selling fresh bulk
Fuji professional E6 for $45, jump on it! (It goes for $105
to $120 locally!)

Thanks to a tip from Greg Erker, I've been using Freestyle
Sales "cold-stored" (stale dated) bulk Velvia, Provia, and
Astia. The price for these rolls recently dropped $5 to
$44.95, or $39.95 when buying 2 or more rolls.
See http://www.freestylesalesco.com/24.html

The "cold-stored" film is what I would use if I were to offer
bulk rolled film for sale. If this is something that would
interest you, please respond using mailto:ptww@xxxxxxxxx to
let me know.
