Larry,

That technique was suggested on this list a very long time (years?) ago
to Dr. T. when he was searching for Realist light leaks.  As I recall,
he soldered some leads to a bulb and battery, and put both inside the
Realist, and was able to find those pesky leaks.

I guess great minds think alike. 8-)
