David can fix his half height stereo image occuring with his shuttered
VRex glasses. He needs to go into "DOS APPLICATIONS" in his Vrex
Programs listing. In "custom" mode one tests their monitor at different
resolutions and rates. Most 17" monitors and cards allow 1024 x 768 at
117 htz. You can run the speed up by hitting the + key when you are
testing the higher resolution modes. The electrons repel each other at
this faster scan rate and the image becomes taller until the distortion
is corrected. If you haven't done this you would find the image to be
distorted and the flicker to be objectionable. And you think that you
didn't get your money's worth out of (what should be) your really neat
glasses. These works very well if you run 'em up to full speed.
