According to the Bill Davis update to his stereo lab research project (6/98),the
updated address is: QUALEX, 1630 Route 208, Fairlawn NJ 07410.
Phone 800-345-6973. Even though Greg W. had previously posted to
P3D that the address he used was: Kodak Premium Processing, (Attn:
Special Receiving), 16-31 Route 208, Fair Lawn, New Jersey 07410.
The phone number in the previous list had been (800)345-6973
ext. 428.

The best thing might be to call the 800 number and verify this information.
Please let the list know when you find out the correct address.
