P3D Lenticulars prints...

Despite the apparent lack of postings and, by inference, lack of
interest in lenticular prints on this list, I offer the following:

Some few weeks ago I lamented the loss of a place which would
reliably produce lenticular prints from multi-lens cameras.
Several rolls of film I had sent (to two companies) for processing
never came back.

I spoke today with someone from 3-Dx in Atlanta who assured me
that their company would be paying attention to developing the
consumer market for lenticular prints.

He acknowledged that there had recently been some problems
generated by the demise of Image-Tech and reminded me that
Image-Tech is a different company.

Image-Tech may or may not be resurrected - only time will tell.

For now, I was assured that 3-Dx in Atlanta _IS_ in the business
of producing lenticular prints for consumers.

They can use the 4 images from Nimslo and have made arrangements
with some large camera stores to handle the orphaned 3D-Magic
"single-use" cameras as well.  They also sell "new" Nimslos...

I for one certainly hope it works out and look forward to getting
some prints - they make very welcome gifts.
