P3D red VM film cutter

I was at the camera store today and came across some VM stuff and one
item was a Personal film cutter, with dark red, like crimson, paint. 
It looked original, as it was a nice crinkle paint.  How many colors
did they make the cutter in?  Is this red one rare?
