P3D Ordering

Hi All,

I placed an order for a Realist red button viewer back in December and it
was finally posted out (as far as I'm aware) after some crossed wires a
couple of months ago.

Is it standard practice to insure outgoing items from the US?

Two months is excessive even for surface mail and I'm worried that it's
been lost.
