Alternatively, look at the Nikon 950 (my wife's just
arrived yesterday after a loooong wait, demand has
been outstripping supply rather substantially at
sellers who's price is less than "list"). Feature
list wise, they look pretty similar although each
have some advantages over the other. If "adaptable
lenses" means it has interchangeable lenses, then
that will be a great feature for the Fuji, especially
if it's consumer-priced!

P.S. - I didn't see a picture, but the site talked about
it being like a conventional camera. I thought
conventional cameras have been looking more and more
like "digital" cameras for years so I'm not sure what
this means.... :-)
