I ran across something amusing yesterday - while putting down some grass
seed on my lawn, they have a notice on the bag that they had copyrighted
the word "green" (!). They do note, however, that it only applies to
references to grass seed. 

Whew - thought I'd have to come up with another word for "green" :-)
