I do not think this is an issue for the short term. If you want to use or
must use originals, then you have to decide to what extent you are going to
go to show them. I see no problem with using copies if they are well made.
I have shown relatively rare stamped covers before and I understand that a
copy will not replace the original, but I am painfully aware that when the
public comes into contact with anything, there is a potential for damage.
