P3D FedBoy Questions

Does anyone shoot with the Russian FedBoy 35mm stereo camera?  I just
bought one, and it appears to be Realist format (5p), but the manual is
in Russian and unreadable by me.  I don't see a setting for shutter
speed, so it must be a fixed speed.  Also, there is an "A" setting on
the aperture dial, what is that?  I replaced the battery, but the
shutter never fires when set to "A."  Any help with this camera would be
GREATLY appreciated.
