P3D Print Mismatch

I usually shoot slides as opposed to prints, but I noticed something
that I found facinating. Both rolls of film I shot in the XA2's had
exceeded their expiration dates. One roll of film color shifted
dramatically. While viewing these pairs with the Viewmagic, I noticed no
color rivalry between the prints while viewing in stereo. The color
tones seemed to be a blended summation of both prints. I could not
recognize the color shifts when fusing the pairs. I am very sensitive to
exposure mismatches and not so sensitive to color mismatches. ( with
prints anyway) Is this common or are my eyes shot from color correcting
too many slides? :-) Mark Dottle
