P3D Lumiere Bros 3D

It seems to me that if you take all the conflicting reports of the Lumiere
Brothers' experiments in 3D (quoted previously by Ray Zone and others) and
meld them together, you get a pretty logical and likely timeline -- the
shot the train "flat" in the 1890s, they discussed the theory of 3D in the
early 1900s, and they got around to experimenting in 3D in the mid 1930s.
(And then the IMAX people synthesized their 1930s experiments on computer
for their new film and claimed it was made in the 1890s, just to clear
everything up good.)
