P3D Kodak/Qualex prices

I talked to Kodak Premium Processing after getting an invoice for
under paying for stereo processing and mounting.  As noted by
Linda and others, the prices have increased.  The new prices
are:
	24 exposure: $12.99
	36 exposure: $16.99
If you are using mailers,  they are worth:
	24 exposure: $5.98
	36 exposure: $7.88
Using arithmetic, you should enclose a check for:
	24 exposure: (12.99 - 5.98) = $7.01
	36 exposure: (16.99 - 7.88) = $9.11

As a side note, I had a 20% mounting error rate on 
a box of slides from the Rockville, MD plant. Customer
service said to return them for re-mounting. 

Also, the slides weren't returned in the nice stereo box that
they have used in the past.
