P3D A new RBT mount size

I'm not sure if it is possible, but could a mount be made in ~30x20 so
that full frame cameras could be used base to base to produce a large
portrait size. Problems I see may be 1) not enough room in the mount for
the indexing tabs, 2) viewers and projectors are incompatible (except
for the TDC 116 which takes full frame).
I notice putting my Nikon FM's base to base produces an interocular
distance of ~60mm. Smaller cameras could get that distance to 40-50mm.
Perfect for portraits. Or imperfect, depending on your perspective.
