P3D Re: New VM Virtual Viewer

My problem with the new View-Master Virtual viewer is that I cannot
fuse the infinity points in many images. So, I see double images.
Does any one have this problem?

This happens when the spacing of the lenses is smaller than the spacing
of the infinity separation in the chips. It has nothing to do with my
eyes or your eyes. However, my friend at work says that he does not see
double images and he can fuse the infinity points without a problem,
which is puzzling me. Any thoughts on that?
