Ralph Johnston asks on behalf
of Bert van Dijk about this firm, and
a reference to it in Stereo World V17 no2.
I cant find my copy at the moment, but I 
suspect the article may be one I wrote
called "British Stereoscopic Cigarrette
Cards". The Camerascope Co viewer
was sold by Cavenders Cigarettes to
view their 12 or
 more series of
stereo cigarette cards 1927-1931.
Camerascope Co also produced much
material of their own- usually sets of
12 scenic views, but also advertising
and promotional sets. I have a collection of
these.
The folding tin viewer itself may have been
borrowed/copied/imported from the continent,
as versions of it also appear in Germany
under another name.
If I find my copy of the article, and Bert gives me
his address I'll send him a copy when I get back
from holiday.
My study is a stereoscopic tip at the moment.
I really must do some serious clearing out( and
selling) when I get back. It annoys me when I 
can't find important things like back copies of 
Stereo World.
