Perhaps you can tell us, if you know, what are the ISU activities
for stereo slide enthusiasts who do not attend the World Congresses?
I have been a member of ISU for quite a few years and I am not
aware of any such activities.

Congratulations!  Perhaps it is now time for ISU to hold an 
International Stereo Slide Exhibition?

I am sorry, I don't mean to be argumental here but expressions like
"ISU did not recognize stereo cards" and "there were very limited
activities for stereo card enthusiasts in ISU" are not accurate
because ISU is an international organization for all stereo
enthusiasts, known mainly to sponsor the World Congress and
publish "Stereoscopy".  If this is now changing and ISU is sponsoring
format-dependent events like International Exhibitions, perhaps
it should cover more formats that stereo cards.
